Permanent opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join a dynamic and energetic team in a fast-paced work environment where your efforts are rewarded and valued.


RARMS is the largest charitable provider of on-the-ground primary health care services in rural and remote NSW with more than 20,000 patients across 8 rural and remote practices. Your work location is Orange NSW with the ability to work from home on a regular basis.


The Position:

You will support a team of approximately 80 staff by positively influencing and advising on the human resource function, including attraction and retention, performance management, remuneration and contracts, WHS, change management and organisational development.

About You: You will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.

  • Experience involving employee relations, legislative compliance, recruitment, employee engagement and employee on-boarding activities

  • Delivery and implementation of upcoming HR projects

  • A mature approach combined with discretion, sound judgement and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Supporting the Operations team to deliver on key business objectives

  • A willingness to travel and stay overnight if required.
